Ensuring the quality of your candle burn, remember to trim the wick to 1/4 inch after each use. This practice not only aids in diminishing soot but also contributes to a cleaner burn overall

To achieve the most optimal burn, it is advised to allow the candle to burn for 3 hours at a time

Always exercise caution and never burn a candle on or near flammable objects that could potentially catch fire

To ensure a steady and even burn while minimizing the production of soot, it's advisable to steer clear of drafts, vents, or air currents

Wrong Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.

If the order was delivered to the wrong address, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund.
