CANDLE CARE

For optimal safety and in consideration of the candle's design, it is advisable to burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface or plate

To achieve the most optimal burn, it is advised to allow the candle to burn for 30 minutes at a time

In the event that wax heavily spills over the sides of the candle, gently extinguish the flame. Allow a span of 4 to 5 hours for the wax to gracefully solidify. Thereafter, resume burning the candle, opting for 30 minutes each time

Always ensure that a burning candle is never left unattended

Wrong Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.

If the order was delivered to the wrong address, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund.
